HELLO DAD TO 3 - I know we have tried to explain this over and over again, week in week out. It just has to be - it is not that they still dont understand - they just dont want to understand - so we are back to the question - why do these people want to keep trying to defend the indefensible? Old H - we know she lives nearby and knows the family - whilst I dont think that is a reason it is a bit more understandable but the rest of them and the repulsive talk on the DE forum about stoning etc ad nauseum ...I just dont know! But if you want someone a little nearer to normal to talk to I am here! and so is Docmac and a few more. Just in case they need to hear it one more time - here it is and well said! BTW I really hope you do not suffer the same fate as me for having the temerity to complain...

For goodness sake, how difficult can it be for people to understand.All the DNA in the hire car can prove is that Madeleine's body was moved in this vehicle - it cannot prove by whom, or who is responsible for whatever caused her death.That is why the McCann's have not yet been arrested, not because the DNA evidence does not exist or is not a very close match to Madeleine.Neither of these concepts are difficult to grasp.

Give us a statistical estimate as to the chances of DNA being recovered from a car hired by the McCanns that shows an 88% match to Maddie belonging to someone else. 1 in 800 million possibly? Or more? How many of those 800 million possibles were in PDL that week and took a ride in the TYRE WELL of that particular car?
